How to Order

Please follow the steps specified below to order and receive your server. You must complete each simple step to receive your server, which consists of a secure virtual server, disk space, SSL encryption, secure certificate, PGP, and a digital seal. You will be asked to fill out an online form. The sequential process is as follows:

1. Fill out the electronic order form and submit it. Then print the form, sign it, and fax or mail it in with any one of the Proof of Organization documents listed below. Your site will be set up immediately after initial due diligence.

2. Once you submit the electronic order form, we will set-up your server immediately. Upon receipt of your Proof of Organization within 7 business days, we will complete due diligence and verify your documentation.

3. After you submit the electronic order form we will conduct initial verification, set up your account, and provide you with email instructions on setting up your server.

4. Once provisioned, we will provide you with an email which will detail the location (URL) of your account and how to initially use it. We will also provide you with information pertaining the digital seal and how to incorporate it into your web site.

Proof of Organization and (Signatory) - Please provide a copy of at least one of the following documents to via fax or snail mail to expedite the due diligence process:

Articles of Incorporation (Corporate Officer)
Business License (Owner)
Doing Business As (DBA) registration (Owner)
Partnership documentation (General Partner)
Government / Department Letterhead (Department or Agency Head)
Non-Profit Organization Letterhead (President or Director)
University Letterhead (Dean or Chancellor)

Note: Include your domain name on the cover letter, which must also contain your letterhead and the signature of the principal when you provide the above documents.

PGP Encryption
In order to use PGP encrypted email, please submit your key here. Be sure to include your public PGP key as part of your order to speed the setup process. If you are unfamiliar with PGP or need help generating a public key, contact Customer Service for assistance.
